Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago has showered encomium on the Secretary to the Government of Niger State (SGS), Alh. Abubakar Usman, on his birthday saying that he has made profound impact on his administration.
The Governor stated this Monday in a congratulatory message signed by his Chief Press Secretary Bologi Ibrahim on the birthday celebration of the SGS.
He said, ” the celebrant is a humble, committed, dedicated and reliable SGS”.
While appreciating God for the life of the SSG, Governor said that the celebrant deserves to be celebrated for his sacrifices and profound impacts to the present administration.
He said “the celebrant has a track record of good leadership and has so far demonstrated intellectual capacity and administrative competence as the SGS”.
He assured the SSG of his unflitching support to continue to discharge his duties without hitches.
He prayed to Allah to grant the celebrant good health and more wisdom to continue his effective service to the State and humanity.
