It further revealed that troops successfully apprehended notorious terrorist gunrunner Ahmed Acharif in Garin Dogo, Niger Republic, on February 12th, with 31 million Naira in cash. The cash, according to the report, was for the payment for arms and ammunition sold to terrorists in Arge, Lake Chad.
