The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Nasarawa State has urged its coalition of 197 support groups to remain vigilant and relentless in their pursuit of justice ahead of the 2027 political season.

State PDP Chairman, Alhaji Adamu Bako Ninga, gave the charge on Tuesday in Lafia during a courtesy visit by the Coalition for Justice, a conglomerate of indigenous and interest-based political groups.

“No sleep till the D-Day. What we are fighting for is for the future generations, including our unborn chicken,” Ninga declared, emphasizing the party’s commitment to securing political justice for the people of Nasarawa.

He further assured that the PDP Secretariat remains open for strategic contributions and collaborative efforts towards what he described as “the Nasarawa Project.”

Earlier, the leader of the Coalition for Justice, Mr. Justin Alu, pledged the group’s unwavering loyalty to the new PDP leadership. He revealed that the coalition is mobilizing 197 support groups to strengthen the party’s grassroots engagement and defend the political interests of Nasarawa people.

“The Coalition for Justice stands for equity and justice and will maintain its tradition of protecting the interest of our people, which the PDP aptly represents,” Alu stated.

The coalition also dismissed any alignment with the ADC, warning its members to avoid infiltration from opposition parties. For more political updates, visit www.krestnews.com.
