Member representing Wamba in the State House of Assembly, Hon. Emmanuel E. Manding has expressed gratitude to all supporters and the entire people of Wamba for the support and patience with him in the past one year.

The member expressed this feeling public while reflecting on his one year in office while speaking with Krestnews in Lafia, saying whatever success he has achieved would not have been possible.

“while i thank them for their support and showing understanding with me, I want them to to exercise more steadfast in this show of love. I am here to serve them, though I may not be able to meet all their expectations but I will try my best”, hon Manding said.

“Honestly, if I tell you that i will satisfy everyone, I am not honest but I will to be inclusive in my dealing and try to reach out as much as circumstances allow me to do so, and remember to as a legislator, i do not have budget line”.

However despite my financial limitations, i have been able to carry out a number of community projects such building of classrooms, exam halls in some secondary schools in the constituency.

He also disclosed that in December 23 he distributed palliatives of food stuff,cash and wears to electorate across the 10 electoral Wards that made up the constituency.

Currently, he said, solar rural electrification is ongoing in number of rural communities in the constituency.

Hon Manding also disclosed that through his efforts, he secured the construction of a block of two classrooms in Mangar to boost primary education.

He explained that the road linking Kwarra to Mangar which he initiated and started constructing has been taking over by the Federal Government and is being tarred.

He said within the period of one year, he has been able to construct Clinic in Jinibol and two classroom and headmaster’s office in Ambuga.

He sued for patience, promising to do more for the people in the years to come

He called on the people to accord them respect and support them so as to achieve the desire development of every part of the State, without which no meaningful development could ever happen

“I want to use this opportunity to first commend the governor for prioritizing the development of rural communities, industrialization, educational development and healthcare among several other strides, he said.

“Let me also used the opportunity of this interview to commend all former legislators that represented Wamba state constituency in the past, you all did well”, Hon Manding concluded.
