Members of the Adogi community of Lafia North Development Area of Nasarawa State, CentralNigeria, has reiterated their commitments to continue to support the member representing Lafia North at the State Assembly Barr. Esson Mairiga to enable him succeed beyond 2027.

This, according to the community, is enable the state lawmaker continue with the good work he is doing for them and the state at large.

The commumity passed a vote of confidence on the lawmaker endorsing him for another term in office come 2027.

Esson, was known for his vibrant outspoken and positive presentation at the floor of the House aside his pet rural project “Water for All” among others.

Leader of the group, Mallam Safiyanu Abdullahi Makeri stated this when he led members of the community to paid a solidarity visit to the lawmaker at the Assembly complex in Lafia today.

He appreciated Hon. Esson Mairiga for carrying everybody along irrespective of political, ethnic and religious differences.

Makeri applauded the lawmaker for drilling boreholes and building schools among other initiatives in his constituency that are impacting positively on the lives of the people while appreciating Governor Abdullahi Sule for constructing roads in the area.

“Adogi community will not relent for continuous prayers, and support for him to return back to his position comes next election.

” We will continue to support you to succeed beyond 2027″ he said.

Responding, Member representing Lafia North Constituency and Chairman House Committee on Judiciary Hon. Barr. Esson Mairiga appreciated them for the visit and assured them of more dividends of democracy.

Hon. Esson urged them to sustain the existing peace and unity being enjoined in their domains.

” Party is just a platform, what matters most is dividend of democracy for all, that we will not relent on” he said.

Barr. Esson maintained that he has drilled over fifteen boreholes, carried out many school projects and interventions and other meaningful projects in communities across his constituency promising to do more.

The lawmaker further appreciated Gov. Abdullahi Sule for taking the issue of security seriously in Assakio axis and the state at large, adding that few years ago farmers cannot go to their farms but today, the story has changed for better.

The lawmakers also urged them to pray for leaders at all levels to succeed.(www.krestnews.com)
