The management of the Ministry of Lands and Urban Development recently convened a comprehensive review session to assess its budget performance and explore innovative strategies for augmenting revenue generation for the state government.
The ministry’s leadership thoroughly deliberated on the recently concluded compensation exercises in Akwanga and Lafia, examining their efficacy and impact.
Furthermore, the meeting highlighted the importance of collaboration with relevant government agencies and agreed to hold a synergy meeting with the relevant agencies to deliberate and identify common goals that will drive development in the state.
During the meeting, the Commissioner of the Ministry, TPL Ibrahim Bala Mulki, expressed sincere appreciation to the management and staff for their tireless efforts in surpassing their revenue generation targets.
He also urged them to intensify their efforts in identifying and exploiting additional revenue streams, emphasizing the need for continued innovation and progress.
