● Speaker lauds the legislators for continues determination in developing their constituencies”
Members of the 7th Nasarawa State House of Assembly has today monday resumed from six weeks Christmas recess for their legislative activities.
Recalled that the Lawmakers has proceeded on Christmas holidays on the 20th of December, 2024.
The Speaker of the House, Rt. Hon. Danladi Jatau while presiding over the House proceedings today in Lafia the Nasarawa State capital welcomed the lawmakers and appreciated them for their commitment to duties and the zeal they have for developing their constituencies and the State at large urging them to sustain the spirit.


He expressed satisfaction with the members efforts in developing their constituencies while on recess.
“I want to welcome you back from a long holiday”
“We thank God for having a fruitful holiday and bringing us back safely”
“I want to appreciate you for your efforts in developing your constituencies and having passion for the people and the State”
“Let’s continue to work in unity and togetherness for the overall development of the House and the State at large” he said.
The Speaker condoled with Hon. members, who lost their family members and prayed God to grant them eternal rest.

“During this period, Hon. John Ovey, Hon. Sa’ad, Hon. Hajarat and Ven-Bawa lost their family members and loved ones, may God comfort you all ” the Speaker said.
