Honourable Member representing Karu/Gitata Constituency at the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Hon. Jonah Ali Dizaho, has distributed rice worth millions of Naira and cash to the people of his constituency, especially Muslim faithfuls ahead of Sallah celebration.
Hon. Dizaho, who is the Chairman, House Committee on Information while distributing the items, Monday, called on the people to continue to pray and support leaders at all levels to enable them succeed.
He said that the distribution was aimed at making the Muslim faithfuls in his constituency to celebrate the Sallah without difficult or lack.
While addressing the people he said: “These items are also help you celebrate with your families as well as improve on your standard of living.”
The lawmaker urged the beneficiaries to use the rice in order to better their standard of living and that of their families, cautioning them against selling the items which is meant to cushion the effect of the current economic challenges.
He further assured of his continous readiness to provide dividends of democracy to his people

The PDP lawmaker called on well-meaning individuals to help the vulnerable in the society in order to improve on their standard of living.
The lawmaker urged the people in his constituency to live in peace and continue to pray for peace, unity and development of Karu/Gitata, Nasarawa State and the country at large.
The PDP Chairman of Karu local Government, Hon. Ari Gunde and the DG of Hon. Jonah Campaign Organisation, Alhaji Yahaya Jibrin appreciated the lawmaker for the gesture and prayed God to bless him abundantly.
He assured Hon Dizaho of their support at all times to succeed.
