Senator Simon Lalong has urged the new leadership of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC) to deliver visible results that will impact the people of the region.
The Plateau South Senator said this while leading a delegation to the inauguration of the commission’s new board and management in Abuja.

In a statement by his media adviser, Dr. Makut Macham, Lalong commended President Bola Tinubu for keeping faith with his Renewed Hope Agenda by setting up regional development commissions.
He praised the appointment of Dr. Cyril Yiltsen Tsenyil as Managing Director of the NCDC, describing him as a tested hand with a record of performance. He tasked him to provide leadership that will put the commission on the right path.
Minister of Regional Development, Engr. Abubakar Momoh, said the inauguration was a step towards closing the nation’s development gaps. He urged the appointees to be prudent and proactive in managing resources.

Other dignitaries, including Alhaji Uba Maigari and lawmakers from the National Assembly, also congratulated the board and urged them to deliver.
The appointees, through their chairmen, pledged to work within the law and ensure they fulfill their mandates. Visit www.krestnews.com for more news and reports
