The Customs Area Controller, Kaduna Area Command, Comptroller Sa’ad Hassan, has restated the Service’s firm commitment to the welfare and professional advancement of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members attached to the Command.
During a courtesy visit to the NYSC Kaduna State Secretariat, Comptroller Hassan highlighted that corps members serving in the Command are actively involved in administrative and operational units, gaining valuable experience in public service management.
He noted that the initiative demonstrates the Command’s role in nurturing young Nigerians through mentorship in professionalism, discipline, and ethical values.
Responding, the NYSC State Coordinator, Mrs. Efeke Dadaza, lauded the Customs Command for creating an enabling environment for corps members to learn and thrive. She emphasized the importance of continued support to enhance corps members’ welfare and exposure to real-world administrative practice.
