Krestnews reports that over 200 terrorists have lost their lives when a boat they were traveling in sank near the village of Sabon Biri in Sokoto, on Monday,August 12.
According to the report, the incident occurred 48 hours after those terrorists had launched an attack on a nearby village in Sokoto State.
The reported added the group which is said to be responsible for a recent wave of violence in the region, met their tragic end as the overloaded boat capsized in the waters.
All those on board reportedly said to have perished in the water.
Krestnews also gathered that the terrorists were attempting to flee the area after their brutal assault on the village, but their escape was cut short by the sudden disaster.
