The Supreme Court has fixed Friday, January 19th to deliver final judgement in the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) 2023 gubernatorial candidate Dr David Ombugadu challenging the judgement delivered by the Court of Appeal which upturned the the Election Petition which awarded him victory against the incumbent Governor Abdullahi Sule of the APC
Recall that the Supreme Court Tuesday took briefs from the two parties and and that it was reserving judgement to later date.
