The Borno State judiciary has taken delivery of 19 utility vehicles to support and improve on the growth of the judicial process in the state.

The donation which is part of the state government’s commitment to strengthening the judiciary and ensuring effective service delivery was delivered by Governor Babagana Zulum Friday in keeping to his promises to enhance the judiciary in Borno state.

The keys to the 19 Toyota Camry vehicles, 2024 model, were handed over to the Attorney General Hawa Abubakar during a brief ceremony at the Government House yesterday by the deputy chief of staff Babagana Mallumbe in the presence of some management staff of the ministry.

Governor Zulum emphasized through his Chief of staff Dr Babagana Mallumbe that the gesture was a testament to his support for the steady growth of the judiciary.

He stated that the donation is part of their efforts to enhance the effectiveness of the judicial sector and ensure that citizens have access to justice as the state continues to recover from 16 years of insurgency.

Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Barrister Hauwa Abubakar, expressed her gratitude for the Governor’s commitment to good governance and the justice system.

“This donation underscores His Excellency’s dedication to promoting justice in Borno State, and we are confident that this support will enhance the operations of the judiciary and contribute to upholding justice for all.” She maintained.(www.krestnews.com).
