A passionate appeal has been made to well-meaning Nigerians at home and abroad to always give back to society and uplift the less privileged.
Philanthropist and founder of the Bola Orija Charity Foundation, Mr. Bolanle Orija, made this call while speaking with journalists, emphasizing that the nation’s socio-economic and political challenges require collective compassion and responsibility.
“We must show love and support to one another—it must go beyond rhetoric,” Orija said. “We need to align with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu by lending a helping hand to those in need.”
He highlighted his foundation’s ongoing commitment to humanity through healthcare support, educational assistance, and skills acquisition programmes across communities, saying these initiatives aim to empower and inspire futures.
Orija further urged wealthy individuals and corporate organizations to reconnect with their roots, supporting their local communities and restoring hope.
“There’s a Yoruba adage that says, a rich man in the midst of the poor is equally poor. This is why our foundation is expanding its empowerment programmes to reach more people,” he added.
The Bola Orija Charity Foundation continues to champion empowerment and human development as part of its mission to foster inclusive growth across Nigeria.Follow www.krestnews.com for more reports and updates.
