The Speaker of the Benue State House of Assembly and Vice Chairman (North Central) Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria, Chief Hyacinth Aondona Dajoh,
has paid a working visit to Alhaji Mai Mala Buni, Executive Governor of Yobe State.

The visit, which took place today, provided an opportunity for both leaders to engage in productive discussions on fostering unity and enhancing executive-legislative cooperation for the development of Yobe State.

According to Terver Zamber, Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker, “The meeting was a huge success, and we are confident that it will lead to greater collaboration and cooperation between our states”.

During the visit, Chief Dajoh commended Governor Buni for his agricultural policies aimed at lifting the people of Yobe State out of poverty and enhancing food security. Governor Buni, in turn, praised Chief Dajoh for his leadership qualities, citing his ability to bring people together and facilitate the passage of key legislations that have contributed to the development and progress of Benue State.

The Governor called on Chief Dajoh to continue using his legislative experience to promote the progress of the legislature-executive relationship in North Central and Nigeria at large.

The visit was attended by other notable dignitaries, including the Minority Leader of the Benue State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Micheal Audu, and Former President Kunav Youth, Mr. Saasaa Ajav.(www.krestnews.com).
