Emir of Bauchi, Dr. Rilwanu S Adamu

The Emir of Bauchi Dr Rilwanu Sulaiman Adamu has tasked the new council representative in the Emirate to work with the District Heads for the progress of the Council and the state in general.
Bauchi Emirate Council appointed the District Head of Duguri Alhaji Adamu Muhammàd Duguri as a member of the council representing District Heads in the Emirate.
Dr Rilwanu Adamu who extolled the good virtues of Alhaji Adamu Duguri as the right Council Member to represent the District Heads, enjoined him to work in synergy with his counterparts for the development of the council.
He thanked all the people that attended the occasion particularly the Emir of Katagum Alhaji Umar Faruk the second.
Earlier, the Emir of Katagum Alhaji Umar Furuk the second expressed appreciation to Bauchi Emirate Council for finding Alhaji Adamu Muhammad Duguri worthy to serve as the council representative of District Heads.
New Council Member
Alhaji Umar Faruk who described the new council representative as a bridge builder, brother and friend who would bring wealth of experience to the council, charged him to work with the Emirate Council to achieve the set objectives.
Speaking to newsmen after the event, the New Council representative and District Head of Duguri Alhaji Adamu Muhammad who assured to be committed, transparent and all inclusive in his new role, called for necessary support to justify the confidence reposed on him.
