The Bauchi State government has reiterated its commitment to providing effective and efficient healthcare service delivery to the state’s people.
This commitment was emphasised by the state Commissiner of health Dr.Adamu Umar Sambo during the inauguration of Chairmen and members of various agencies under the state ministry of health,
Dr Adamu Umar explain that the inauguration of the principals officers was inline with the directives of Governor Bala Mohammed Abdulƙadir charging them to dedicate to duty and also justify the confidence repost in them.
He called for more collaborative effort from all sectors in other to ensure community awareness as well sensitization with a view to improve the healthcare system.
The Commissioner therefore call on them to initiate policies that will help in improving the life of citizens by ensuring access to quality healthcare from both primary, secondary and tertiary health care centers in the state.
The Chairman Bauchi State Special hospital Dr Amina Muhammad Bolori on behalf of the inaugurated board chairmen, thank the Bauchi state Governor for given them the mandate to run the affairs of various agencies promising to justify the confidence repost in them.
The Krestnews report that the inaugurated board chairmen include Dr Rilwanu Muhammad Chairman Bauchi State primary healthcare development agency, Dr Sambo Alkali chairman hospital management board, Umar Adamu Chairman Bauchi State health trust fund, Dr Dayyabu Chiroma Chairman Bauchi State drugs and medical consumable management agency and Dr Sani Muhammad Dambam executive chairman Bauchi State Agency for the control of HIV/AIDs Tuberculosis BACATMA.
